Rental Application Process:
If you would like to see the inside of a rental property, call (770) 294-5207 and ask for a showing appointment or click the “Contact Us” button below to contact us by email.
Each adult who will occupy the property must submit a complete application. Married couples must apply separately: each spouse must make a complete application and pay an application fee.

Download our Rental Application.doc. Print, sign, and FAX to 1(866) 582-0912. Or use our online application located at www.jgatlantaproperties.managebuilding.com.
2. Pay an application fee of $79.00 (one fee per property). The application fee may be paid by credit card through Paypal or a check payable to JG Atlanta Properties, LLC. The application fee is non refundable. Please remember, we cannot process your application without receiving your rental application fee.
2. For each tenant, we verify the following:

• Credit
• Criminal Background
• Income and Employment
• Rental History 3. The rental security deposit is due when the lease is signed and is generally equal to one month's rent.
